Hilbish Ford Teacher of the Month Nomination Form
Hilbish Ford sponsors a teacher recognition program for Kannapolis City Schools. Each month, Hilbish gives $300 to a selected teacher.

NOMINATION CRITERIA:
•  Teachers must be nominated by parents or students.
•  Nomination must be no more than 250 words.
•  Nomination should include why the parent or student feels the teacher deserves special recognition.
•  Previous winners of this award are not eligible to be selected again.
