Electric Halloween 2019 Vendor Agreement

Electric Halloween is a weekend long music & camping festival. Vendors play an important role in setting the atmosphere of the festival. We like to invite vendors who are unique and enjoy engaging with our festival goers. We encourage you to set up for the whole weekend. Estimated attendance is 1000. Please email

All vendor spots are a 10x10 area (contact vending coordinator for more space) and include (2) tickets. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, lights, and properly grounded exterior extension cords. There will be enough space for one camping tent to be set up behind 10x10’ vendor spot. Parking will be in a designated section. You may pull up to your vendor spot to unload ONLY during designated load times.

) is accepted. Make checks out to “Grandaire Booking” and mail to 555 Fairview Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
• The vending coordinator will be directing vendors to their spots at 12pm-3pm Friday Oct. 18th and directing vendors out at 12pm-3pm on Sunday Oct 20th. These are the ONLY load times that vehicles will be allowed near the vendor area.
• Promotion of the event is required. Vendors agree to promote the Facebook event page by inviting friends and sharing. Email prompts will be sent out with promotion instructions and must be followed.
• Tents, tables, and chairs can be left set up overnight, but security is not provided.
NO FOOD, BEVERAGE OR ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED by craft vendors. Any
vendor found to be selling prohibited items, paraphernalia or contraband of any kind will
be ejected from the festival with no refund given, and will not be invited back to future
events. Please refer to the prohibited items list on the event website.
Vendors must submit 100% of their booth fee along with application in order to secure
their space. Applications submitted without payment will be considered incomplete and

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendors, their staff, and volunteers must engage in professional behavior and appearance at all times. Vendor spaces must be kept clean and displays professional and appropriate. Vendors can be ejected at any time without refund.
Electric Halloween Festival, its staff & volunteers, and the venue are NOT responsible for theft or damage. Vendors are encouraged to obtain their own individual insurance policy covering their booth, workers, and merchandise.
Vendors are responsible for paying their own taxes.
