This survey has been developed in order to better understand 1) young Optimist member involvement; 2) the interests of Optimist members toward a better involvement of those members through their local club; and 3) what young members need in order to increase their actions and retention through the organization. Ultimately, this survey will help to orient the actions of the OI Ad Hoc Young Members Advisory Committee.
