Mint Sweater Girl Meet-Up Host Application
Hey Mint Sweater Girl, we are so glad you are interested in creating your own community local to your area. Building a safe place where women can gather, make friends, have fun, and belong to an amazing community is a beautiful journey to be a part of and we are so happy you are ready to begin yours!

Hosts are a volunteer position. As a host, you have a time commitment to The Mint Sweater and to the girls you are hosting. Please make sure you have reviewed the guidelines and can commit the time and energy to the women in your area.

In order to be considered eligible to be a host in your area you must be able to meet the following requirements.

1. Have a minimum of 4 hour time commitment to hosting and organizing meet-ups monthly. Hours may increase due to size of the group and size of the events hosted.
2. Must host a meet up in your area a minimum once per month. Any other extra meet ups are optional.
3. Make sure attendees/members know when and where you are meeting for each event. Joining and returning women should be able to find the details of each event with ease. More details will be provided on how you can clearly communicate once you’ve been accepted.
4. Follow proper etiquette and guidelines when representing The Mint Sweater in and out of meet-ups. This means being kind, accepting, and inviting of all women regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, shape, size, etc. The Mint Sweater has a ZERO tolerance for racism, exclusivity, and prejudices.

The Mint Sweater will guide Hosts and provide resources needed to plan monthly gatherings. This includes providing event ideas, discussion topics, and planning, advertising guides/tools. Each host will have full access to our founder and event coordinator for event support such as answering questions, problem solving, planning, executing, etc.
