Student Conflict/Absence Form

Should a student have a conflict with a band function that is outside school hours (Extra Rehearsals, Games, Competitions or Festivals) please fill out the date of the conflict and reason for the conflict.
The student must remind an instructor and section leader the day of the conflict (or the day before if applicable). Before the student leaves a rehearsal early, he/she must tell their section leader or an instructor they are leaving.

If the student is missing a game or a competition, it may affect their grade.
