Local Link 2017 Vendor Application
This year's vendor fair for the Northwest Food Buyers' Alliance will take place Wednesday, October 11th from 9AM - 11AM at the Redd on Salmon Street: 831 SE Salmon St, Portland, OR 97214. Vendors must load in between 7:15AM - 8:15AM. We're looking forward to another fruitful event for both vendors and buyers. Please review the vendor participant criteria below.

Vendor Participant Criteria
Vendors in the Northwest Food Buyers' Alliance (NWFBA) Local Link event must meet minimum criteria to ensure alignment with the NWFBA’s mission. Compiled from multiple sources, these criteria have been approved by the NWFBA Advisory Team.

To participate in Local Link as a vendor, you must:

• Have the capacity to serve foodservice buyers. You should offer products, pack sizes, and competitive pricing appropriate to institutional foodservice/large wholesale buyers.

• Provide a complete nutritional profile, including:
-Whole grain/high fiber (no refined or bleached flours)
-Low/no added sugar and sodium
-Minimal or no added artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners

If this is your first year at Local Link, you will have a chance to describe how your business fits each of the above criteria. In addition, some members of the alliance will also be interested in learning more about the types of production practices employed by your company (e.g., no till) as well as existing third party certifications. You will also be able to submit that information via this form to be compiled into a vendor directory.

Submitting your vendor application does not guarantee a space at Local Link. Space is limited. NWFBA staff will review applications and send confirmations on or before September 25th. There is a $55 fee due upon approval.
