*NEW this year* If you attended Local Link as a vendor in 2015 or 2016 you will have the option to shorten this application and use information provided in prior years.
To participate in Local Link as a vendor, you must:
• Have the capacity to serve foodservice buyers. You should offer products, pack sizes, and competitive pricing appropriate to institutional foodservice/large wholesale buyers.
• Provide a complete nutritional profile, including: -Whole grain/high fiber (no refined or bleached flours) -Low/no added sugar and sodium -Minimal or no added artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners
If this is your first year at Local Link, you will have a chance to describe how your business fits each of the above criteria. In addition, some members of the alliance will also be interested in learning more about the types of production practices employed by your company (e.g., no till) as well as existing third party certifications. You will also be able to submit that information via this form to be compiled into a vendor directory.
Submitting your vendor application does not guarantee a space at Local Link. Space is limited. NWFBA staff will review applications and send confirmations on or before September 25th. There is a $55 fee due upon approval.
