Release & Waiver of Liability – Sanskriti LLC
I/We understand that participation in dance classes, workshops, camps, and related activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury. Although Sanskriti LLC takes precautions to ensure a safe environment, accidents may still occur.
By signing this waiver, I/We (the dancer and/or parent/guardian) voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any activity offered by Sanskriti LLC and the use of any facilities or spaces utilized by Sanskriti LLC.
I/We agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanskriti LLC, its owner, instructors, staff, dancers, and any facilities or venues used, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after participation in classes, camps, rehearsals, performances, or any related activities.
I/We understand and agree to follow all class and facility rules and accept full responsibility for my/our conduct and any damage caused to the facilities used by Sanskriti LLC.
Media Release
I/We grant Sanskriti LLC full permission and irrevocable rights to photograph, record, and/or video me/us during classes, camps, workshops, or related activities. I/We authorize Sanskriti LLC to use, publish, reproduce, or distribute these photographs/videos for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, websites, books, and other promotional or educational publications.
I/We understand that these images may be used without compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials or the context in which they are used.
