Thimble, formely known as "The Brick Lane" is a monthly SecondLife Kids Event, that offers up to 72 Designer Spots. (Permanent Designers, Guest Designers and 21 Sponsor Spots)
The Event will open on every 20th of the month and ends on the 5th of the following month. (Example start November the 20th ends on December the 5th)
⊱✿════════════════════ I N F O ════════════════════════✿⊰

⊱ On our first day of SetUp which is the 6th of every month, You will pay your Rental Box (300L$), which you can find in our Payment Room.
⊱ The monthly costs are 300 L$ for a regular Spot and 500 L$ for a Sponsor Spot (only for permanent designers).
⊱ You have to send your Logo INWORLD to SamanthaFaye Pancake in Full Perm  as soon as you got the Acceptance letter!
⊱ sign ups start on the 20th  for the follwoing month (Example: April 20th Event opens, you can then already apply for May 20th), if you applied and i didnt receive your logo by the 10th of the month, when the Event you applied for will happen, you are out and someone from the waiting list will get your spot!

EXAMPLE: The Event starts on November the 20th, Applications for the next round (December) are open from November the 20th to December the 2nd, if i havn´t received your Logo by the 10th i have to chose someone from the waiting list.

⊱ Please make sure you also use our provided Blogger System, that you will find in our Payment and Confirmation room! Bloggers help you to Advertise your items and make it possible to spread your creations out on different platforms.


⊱✿══════════════════ R U L E S ═════════════════════✿⊰

⊱CREATORS & DESIGNERS⊰

⊱ No spamming objects, like group inviters, announcers or any other spams, you can of course have a Landmark to your store, but people will click it if they are interested in having it, they don't need to be forced or yelled at if they walk by your Booth.

⊱ No bright objects or objects that throw a colorful light, remember that you have other Designers next to you who probably do not like the extra lighting shining through their booths.

⊱ Please stay WITHIN you Booth, every items that are not in your booth will be returned without exceptions!

⊱ No copyrighted contents, if we catch you with copyrighted contents on your items, you will get a warning to remove them, if you won´t remove them they will get returned, there are no refunds on that for the booth, if we catch you a second time using copyrighted contents we have to remove you from the Event.

⊱ please come and grab your items when the round ends, which will be on the 5th of each month, if you won´t pick them up we will have to return them, its easier for us to keep track of your items and avoid that they will be there when the new round starts.

⊱ Please be set up no later than the 17th, so 3 days before the next round opens, if you are late, have a "coming soon" sign in your booth, so people know to come back.
If you won´t show up at all and neither Samantha nor Connor Sharpshire got a notice about your abstinence, we are assuming you are no longer interested in participating in Thimble and your booth gets terminated.

⊱ no copy botted items!

⊱ all of your items need to be PG!

⊱ please make sure that you always put your heart and soul into your creations, we want them to be unique and as best as they  can be for our customers.

⊱ You will have to provide NEW ITEMS each round, at least ONE NEW ITEM LINE or ITEM, MIEPON or whatever, if you still have room or made a previous Miepon that goes along with your new item, you can put that out ALSO.
Make sure the NEW ITEM is centered and seen as the new item.
THIS IS A STRICT RULE AND NEED TO BE FOLLOWED!

N E W   S C H E D U L E (updated January 2020)

Please follow the Schedule as it is necessary for a good running Event.
If you cant setup or will run late, we ask you to put at least a sign in your booth
that says "Coming Soon", it will also remind people to come back.
If you cant setup at all, for whatever reason, please send me or our Managers
a short message or note about it, if we won´t hear from you, we are assuming that
you are no longer interested in participating at all. NO refunds will be provided if you havent
messaged us about your abstinence.

C L O S I N G S:
closings:  5th (old round)
items from Guest Designers will be returned if they are not in our following round, Vendors from Permanent Designers will be returned, Decorations will stay.

B O O T H   C L A I M I N G S:
booth claimings: 6th - 11th  (each booth that is not claimed by the 12th will be free for someone on the waiting list and you will lose your spot)

L O G O S :
for new Designers, Logos  have to be send in no later than the 10th

S E T   U P´S:
SetUps: will be required three days before openings as THE LATEST, which means on the 17th (everyone who is not set up by then will lose their spot at Thimble in general)

WAITINGLIST REQUIERMENTS:
If you chose to be on the waiting list, please make sure you have something already pre made, as it may be very short before the Event opens and we will contact you to cover a booth.
So please be aware that IF you chose the waiting list option, that you still have to create an item, even if you wont be chosen.

⊱✿══════════════════ B L O G G E R ═════════════════════✿⊰

we are providing Bloggers in our Event, therefor we have a custom made Blogger frame system, which you will find in your Designer Pack, The system gives out your items on touch only to those listed as bloggers, between the 15th - 25th each month, our bloggermanagers are working very hard each month to assign Bloggers to the Designers, to make sure everyone gets blogged. So please make sure to provide the Bloggerpack for them.
