Overview: Network Fellows serve as the strategic bridge between Regional Ambassadors and Teach Plus Texas staff. In this role, you will help translate teacher voice into actionable insights, coordinate regional advocacy efforts, and ensure alumni engagement aligns with statewide policy priorities.

Core Responsbilities:
Regional Leadership & Coaching- Support and coach 2–3 Regional Ambassadors
- Facilitate monthly coordination and problem-solving conversations
Strategic Planning- Align alumni engagement with legislative and organizational priorities
- Identify opportunities for multi-region advocacy campaigns
Data & Insight Synthesis- Analyze engagement trends and practitioner insights
- Report key findings to Teach Plus Texas staff
Network Development- Recruit and onboard Regional Ambassadors
- Build leadership pipelines within the alumni network
Organizational Alignment- Serve as liaison between alumni network and staff
- Ensure alignment between grassroots advocacy and policy strategy
Time Commitment: ~10-13 hours a month (varies depening on legislative cycles)

Compensation: $2,000 stipend
