Peachfuzzums retains the right to decline or suggest alterations if the requested custom is a copy of, or too close in design, to another makers' work.

- Filling out this form is a request. Your slot is not confirmed until you are contacted to confirm the details of your order. Then, you will be given a final quote and payment options.
- A non-refundable down payment of $100 is required to claim your slot. This payment will go towards the price of your set.
- Your order must be paid in full before I will begin work.
