On Sunday, August 24, from 930 - 11AM Cedarvale Winery is hosting another special outdoor sound healing circle. Come ready for a morning of meditation, while you enjoy a sound bath meditation using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, along with healing instruments to help you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate.
- Hosted by Danielle Heise, take the opportunity to develop your plan to implement your next steps for the summer solstice, while reflecting on 2024
- Cost: $20
- You may wear comfortable clothing and you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, a beach or gravity chair, blanket, or pillow, and any crystals you want to charge and whatever you need to be completely cozy.
- A notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the breathwork and/or upon waking)
