Form Pre-order ini untuk pemesanan Pick Up OTS dan Mail Order. Pemesanan OTS akan diprioritaskan. Mohon membaca T&C berikut sebelum mengisi form:
Order & Payment
- Pembelian pre-order minimal Rp30.000,- dengan pembayaran penuh
- Invoice akan dikirimkan melalu email paling lambat 2 hari setelah mengisi form. Jika melewati batas pembayaran, pemesanan dianggap batal.
- Batas pembayaran paling lambat 3 hari setelah invoice diterima
Pembayaran melalui BCA / Shopee
Mohon pastikan alamat email valid dan cek folder spam jika invoice belum diterima
- Seluruh pesanan yang sudah dibayar tidak bisa dibatalkan/dikembalikan
Pick Up OTS:
- Pengambilan pada Day 1 CF21 di booth circle Maho no Konbini (nomor booth akan diinfokan selanjutnya).
- Jika gagal pick up di Day 1, bisa
diambil di Day 2 (konfirmasi sebelumnya) atau dikirim setelah CF21
(dengan tambahan biaya packing dan ongkos kirim)
Mail Order:
- Pengiriman mulai dari H+1 event CF21 dengan JNE. Resi pengiriman akan dikirimkan via email.
- Ongkos kirim dan biaya packing ditanggung pembeli.

This pre-order form is for OTS Pickup and Mail Order. OTS orders will be prioritized. Please read the following Terms and Conditions before completing the form:
Order & Payment
- Minimum pre-order purchase of IDR 30,000 with full payment.
- Invoice will be sent via email 2 days after submitting the form. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the order will be considered canceled.
- Payment deadline is 3 days after the invoice is received. Payment via BCA / Shopee.
- Please ensure your email address is valid and check your spam folder if you haven't received the invoice.
- All paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
OTS Pickup:
- Pickup will be on Day 1 of CF21 at the Maho no Konbini booth (booth number will be informed later).
- If pickup is unsuccessful on Day 1, it can be picked up on Day 2 (confirmation required) or shipped after CF21 (with additional packing and shipping costs).
Mail Order:
- Shipping starts on the day after the CF21 event using JNE. A shipping receipt will be sent via email.
- Shipping and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
