2025 Dress Return From
Please complete the form below so we can process your refund. Please make sure all of your details are correct and that you fill this out BEFORE you return your dress.

You will be able to drop off your dress after your game on 23 August 2025 at Ākau Tangi or you may give it to your coach after your last game if they are happy to drop off the dress for you.

If you are not able to drop off your dress on 23 August, you may be able to return your dress at prize giving on 6 September 2025 or at one of the drop in sessions in August and September at the Salamanca Courts.

The drop in sessions will be on Saturday 30 August and Saturday 6 September between 11am - 12:30pm.

If none of those options work for you, please email the Gear and Facilities inbox at teamvicfacilities@gmail.com to organise an alternative time to drop-off your dress.

The last day for completing this form is Saturday 27 September 2025.
