Northshore Middle School Report Card Request
NOTE: THIS REQUEST FORM IS ONLY FOR NORTHSHORE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS.

NMS Report Cards are available to view and print in ParentVue and StudentVue, on the "Documents" tab.  Once the report cards are finalized and processed, a pdf of the report cards are uploaded for parents who have access to a ParentVue account.  The district is no longer printing report cards for distribution and requests families access necessary documents online.  If a family requires a hard copy, please complete this form.  We may request copies of current photo identification if necessary, prior to releasing student records.

Los boletines de calificaciones de NMS están disponibles para ver e imprimir en ParentVue y StudentVue, en la pestaña "Documentos".
