Obligations before and after training
For successful completion of training the independent work (before and after the training)is foreseen, as follows:
1. Before training
Each participant of the training will choose one example of good practice from work inclusion pathways for young persons with intellectual disabilities and example of an individual plan, you are using at your work.
2. Following training
Each participant of the training will have to do together, in cooperation with relevant organizations and companies (professional team) individual plans of work inclusion pathways of 5 young persons with intellectual disabilities and realize the initial steps of the plan. These plans will have to be sent to partner organization by the 30th of June 2016.
Complete a questionnaire to measure the effects of education (follow-up). Great attention will be given on implementation of gained knowledge, skills and new tools also after the training – implementation into every day work - work inclusion pathways for young people with intellectual disabilities. Thus participants will receive evaluation questionnaires also 2 months after the pilot course.
