Indiana families have reported increasing problems related to Medicaid eligibility, Medicaid coverage interruptions, waiver eligibility assessments, and waiver denials.
We are collecting information to better understand what is happening, how often it is happening, and whether there are identifiable trends across Indiana.

Medicaid coverage and Medicaid waiver eligibility are related, but they are not the same process. A person may experience a problem with Medicaid eligibility, a problem with waiver eligibility, or both.
