World Festival 2020 Marketplace Vendors Registration
Rochester International Association's World Festival 2020 will take place on Saturday 18th April 2020 at Mayo High School, Rochester, Mn from 10 am to 3 pm!
Registrations to participate as a Marketplace vendor MUST be received by Friday March 20, 2020.
The fee to participate as a vendor is $45. Please make your $45 check payable to "Rochester International Association" and send it to: Rochester International Association, 2500 Valley High Drive NW, Rochester, MN 55901
You must reserve your space and pay in advance to be included in World Festival. Registration fee is nonrefundable. If your check has not cleared by the World Festival date, we will require cash there. Also, if your check is not honored, we will assess you the processing fee.
General Admission to World Festival 2020 is FREE!
Rules for Marketplace Vendors
To participate in the Marketplace, vendors will have to bring their own table(s) and chair(s). We are limited in the number of tables and chairs by what is available at the Festival location! Priority will go to display and activity booths.
Your items have to be ethnic and cultural in nature. On the date of the World Festival, you can arrive any time after 8:00 AM and the set up must be completed by 9.45 AM. RIA will assign you your designated space. The tear down can start any time after 3:00 pm. You are responsible for the income/taxes for the revenue collected at the World Festival.
