Clubs participating in Community Engagement and wishing to receiving points should report them by using this form. Clubs will receive points towards next years budget allocations and facility reservations. The purpose of this form is to inform the Sport Clubs Staff of each clubs recruiting efforts/events. This form must be submitted within five (5) business days of the event. Events submitted after the 5 business days will not be counted towards points. The Sport Clubs Staff will make the determination if activities meet Community Engagement guidelines.
