PROJECT 1: COMMUNITY CARE MEALS at CUMC

WHAT/WHY: Our church does a lot of caretaking. Both for those connected to our congregation, but also for people who don't go to our church at all! It's always nice to care for people with food. Assist this ministry on Serve Day by helping us prepare meals in advance that can be frozen and brought to people in our community who can benefit from them as needed. By doing this you are providing a much needed free meal to those that need it and a time of fellowship as well.

WHERE: The kitchen of CUMC (715 S Orchard)

WHO: Anyone can sign up! But, this is a good project option for kids and families as well as those with limited mobility.

LIMIT: This project is limited to 10 people.
