2026 Optimist Junior Golf Championships: At-Large Application
Optimist Golf policy states that golfers who live in a District that does not offer a qualifier in their age division may opt to qualify in another District or may apply for direct acceptance into the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships.  

Submission of this application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance into the playing field.  If Golfers are accepted they must register by June 23.

Applications containing falsified information will not be accepted.  It is assumed that all applicants intend to play if accepted.  Please check with your parents, teachers, golf coach, etc. for possible conflicts BEFORE submitting an application.  Accepted applicants will be sent official registration materials (tournament details, accommodations, costs and registration forms).
