This is to request  you to provide online classes to my child, until the school re-opens, in the Academic Year 2021-22.

I am fully aware that attending online classes is completely optional, and the school has clearly informed this fact to me.    I am willingly choosing to enroll my child for the Online classes, without any fear or favour.    I am aware that the Government has recommended against Online classes for Pre-school students.    I will ensure that my child doesn't spend time in front of the screen of the gadgets, such as Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Video Game Console, TV etc, beyond a reasonable amount of time daily.    I am willing to pay Rs.2250/- per month, every month, for all the months of the current academic academic year, until school reopens in the current academic year.   I understand that this concessional rate of fees will be applicable only till the school reopens in the current academic year.    I am aware that I need not pay any fees, until the school reopens, if I do not opt for online classes.    I am aware that it is beyond control of the school management to announce school reopening dates in the absence of clear directives from the Government.    I am aware that I may have to incur network data charges, when my child attends online classes, and I am willing to bear the data charges.    I assure you that I will pay monthly fees on time, for smooth functioning of the school.    I am aware that one of the two parents of my child may have to sit besides my child during the online sessions, and I am willing to spare that time for my child.    I am also aware that the school cannot conduct Online sessions more than a certain time period every day, keeping in mind the overall well being of my child.    I am aware that my  child will be marked "Permanent Absent" if I don't opt for online classes for my child.  I also agree that since my child was not enrolled i online classes in the academic year 2020-21, her/his exam will be conducted in June 2021 to decide his/her promotion.  Before submitting this form, I have cleared all my doubts regarding online studies and fees.
