- Written feedback may be included in reports, presentations, funding materials, social media, or other communications, but all responses will be anonymized.
- Names, email addresses, locations, and other identifying details will be removed before any responses are shared publicly or externally.
- If you choose to provide contact information for a follow-up interview, it will only be used for interview coordination purposes.
