Please fill out this form if you are going to miss any of the mandatory French Honor Society meetings. Note that you will not be penalized for missing meetings, as long as you fill out this form beforehand.
Valid reasons for missing meetings include:
-Illness, religious practice, suspension, discretionary days, etc.
-Athletic games
-Test make-ups
-Any HCPSS unexcused absences are NOT valid reasons to miss meetings.
