The purpose of this questionnaire is so we can get to know where you are on your packrafting leadership journey so we can figure out how we can best help you to grow into a packraft leader. These are intended to be open-ended questions. When appropriate, please expand beyond a one word answer. A “no” answer to any number of questions is not a disqualification. Please provide dates and expiration dates where appropriate.

What class of river trips are you applying to lead for the Mountaineers?

I want to lead Class I river trips and other flatwater trips. I'm not fully confident in my ability to lead a group down a Class II river and I don't aspire to..

I want lead Class II river trips. I'm not fully confident in leading a group down a Class III river at this point..

Class III and below. I feel completely comfortable reading and running Class III's and managing a group down a Class III run. .

Anything goes up to Class V. I've run so many Class IV runs I can't count them all.
