Next season beginning August 2026!

224 Athletics offers fun, affordable recreational cheerleading for athletes ages 6 and up. Our program focuses on building confidence, developing cheer skills, and promoting teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

Each cheer season runs for 16 weeks and is offered twice per year: January–April and August–December. Throughout the season, athletes will learn cheer skills such as motions, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and choreography while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork.

At the end of the season, the team will perform their routine at a local community event, giving athletes the opportunity to showcase what they’ve learned and celebrate their hard work.
