The Scarlet Letterpress is a studio makerspace dedicated to exploration in the book arts. Use this form to request a workshop for your class, to propose a collaborative project, or inquire about using the yourself. We also have regular open hours, and invite you to drop in.

Our equipment currently includes several hand letterpresses, lots of lead and wood type, typewriters, a spirit duplicator, linocut equipment, book-presses and other bookbinding tools, calligraphy equipment, and equipment for making water-based inks.

We're located at Murray Hall 309.
