Use this form to apply on behalf of a fibre art guild or group to become a Member Guild of FFAA. Any fibre-related guild or group may become a member by application and payment of a sliding scale fee based on the number of people in the group. Membership for new guilds is for a one-year period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

Please submit this form and then submit your guild's or group's membership fee using electronic funds transfer (EFT) through your guild's bank to treasurer@focusonfibreart.org.
