Mindful Awakening Program (MAP) Membership Contact Information 
*For less than a cup of coffee a day, you will be strengthening your mind and fostering a greater connection to yourself--mind, body, spirit.  The map for transformation and self-discovery lies within. During this 3 month/once per week program you will develop a deep relationship with your higher self and inner wisdom. See what mindfulness can do for you with consistency, accountability, and practiced in a community. 

Please spread the word and get co-workers, friends, and family to join this pilot program.  Deadline to register 2/13. 

*We will meet online weekly for a guided meditation/visualization, journal prompts, and other mindfulness tools. Can't attend? The material will be emailed to you. Select best day and time below.
