Everyone gets to experience different emotions. From time to time, some of them can be quite overwhelming and can interfere with some part of daily living. Such may be when we ourselves, or our children, get anxious, excessively worried, afraid and angry.
This 2-hour workshop aims to give a perspective and a sampler of exercises and practices that may help us, and/or our children prevent burnout/breakdown, as well as maximize the opportunity to enjoy a fuller life.
