2014-2015 Peer Advisor Application

The Peer Advisor position is a one-year, 10 hour a week commitment for Berkeley City College and Laney College students. Participants will work at Berkeley City College or Laney College.

Peer Advisors meet one-on-one with their fellow students to connect them to campus and local resources, as well as volunteer opportunities on and off campus.

Throughout the program, Peer Advisors will receive leadership and service training, as well as training on public speaking, facilitation, event planning, marketing, and more. Peer Advisors will receive class credit and a stipend on completion of their year of service.
