Holistic Wellness Immersion Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in vending in the Holistic Wellness Immersion at Sunrise Ranch on August 8 - 10, 2025! Please complete the vendor application below.

The vendor fee is $300 for all 3-days. (Yes, we know it's a screaming good deal.)

Vendors are required to bring their own 10 x 10 pop-up, tables, chairs, and extension chords. Power will be provided by Sunrise Ranch. 

Vendors receive 3 passes. Load-in is on Thursday, August 7 from 4pm - 7pm and again on Friday, August 8 from 8am - 9:30am. 

Payment details will be provided along with the Vendor Agreement upon acceptance of application. Sunrise Ranch reserves the right to review and approve all applications to ensure alignment with Holistic Wellness Immersion values and objectives. 

Vendor space is limited. Submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Application submission deadline: July 25, 2025. Applicants will be notified no later than July 27, 2025.
