Semana Oficial e Semana Bônus:
- Semana oficial é a semana postada no grupo em vermelho com as datas exatas para inicio e fechamento das rodadas!
- Todos jogador que precisar antecipar, ou usar a semana “bônus”, SEMPRE ficará sujeito a disponibilidade do seu adversário!! Quero deixar isso bem claro… quem não puder realizar o jogo na semana oficial, ficará completamente sujeito a disponibilidade e boa vontade do seu adversário de jogar antes, ou depois da semana oficial. NINGUÉM é obrigado a fazer jogos fora da semana oficial. Fica a critério!
- O ranking foi feita para que todos tenham 1 jogo na semana, toda semana…. Portanto, não posso obrigar alguém a realizar 2 jogos na semana, porque seu adversário precisou, muita gente não consegue devido à agenda ou questão fisica.. fica a critério de cada um, usando sempre o bom senso!! Afinal, um dia você também pode precisar!
- Tolerância máxima para remarcação de jogos será de 1 semana à mais que a oficial. (Semana bonus)
- Tolerância de espera do adversário por regra é 15 minutos! Passado esse tempo, fica a critério do jogador dar o wo!
O jogador que precisar desmarcar o confronto da semana oficial, ficará sujeito a agenda do seu adversário, que por sua vez, se não puder reagendar o jogo dentro do limite (semana oficial e semana bônus), será ganhador por W.O.
- Caso o confronto seja reagendado em comum acordo entre as partes, essa data se torna a nova data “OFICIAL”, passando a ser W.O para quem desmarcar essa nova data, portanto, apenas reagende o jogo se tiver certeza que vai jogar!
- Todo confronto tem mandante e visitante.
- Funções e Responsabilidades do Mandante:
1 - obrigação de entrar em contato com seu adversário para marcação do confronto.
2 - deve entrar em contato obrigatoriamente até no MÁXIMO toda TERÇA - FEIRA da semana oficial!! Caso o mandante não entre em contato até terça, ele fica sujeito a tomar W.O no caso do adversário não ter mais agenda disponível! Recomendação é que você entre em contato assim que o sorteio é realizado no domingo, para que não esqueça!
3 - levar as bolas para o confronto (novas)
4 - escolher a quadra que vai ser realizado o jogo.. sempre usando de bom senso!
5 - ser responsável pela quadra. Todo problema que envolva a quadra, é responsabilidade do mandante.
Exemplo: quadra estar ocupada na hora do jogo, tempo de aluguel estourar antes de terminar o jogo, quadra sem condições de jogo por qualquer motivo. Isso dará a vitória por WO ao visitante.
6 - Caso o mandante não entre em contato, sera dado W.O.
7 - O mandante NÃO determina o horário do jogo.. isso é combinado entre as partes!!
Ex:
Eduardo x Alexandre ( Eduardo é o mandante).
Funções e Responsabilidades do Visitante:
1 - Aceitar o local pré definido pelo mandante
2 - Comparecer ao jogo dentro do horário combinado
3 - Responder à mensagem do mandante até no máximo quarta feira 23:59pm, após esse horário ficará a disposição do mandante querer ou não realizar o jogo.
4 - O visitante também pode entrar em contato com o mandante, para que fique mais fácil a marcação do jogo! Não é uma obrigação, mas facilita para todos.
Vale Viagem:
- Cada jogador terá a CHANCE de reagendar os jogos no qual ele estava VIAJANDO!!
- Como funciona?
- Um jogador precisou viajar, e ficou fora por 3 semanas(exemplo) Assim que ele retornar, poderá tentar marcar os jogos que ele perdeu, porém, os adversários precisam estar de acordo e toparem jogar fora do prazo! Caso os adversários não possam, será dado W.O. Isso somente valerá para VIAGENS!! Obrigatório envio da passagem para a organização!
- Prazo para realizar os jogos assim que retornar de viagem, é de 2 semanas no máximo! Contando da data exposta na passagem aérea enviada a organização, e respeitando o prazo do término do ranking.
🚨🚨IMPORTANTE🚨🚨 - Peço que todo jogador que passar por alguma situação desconfortável durante o jogo, seja com bolas duvidosas, xingamento, ou qualquer tipo de comportamento inadequado, que traga isso para a organização!! Seu nome sera mantido em total sigilo, porém, nós da organizacao precisamos saber o que acontece nos jogos.. e se eu tiver relato de várias pessoas “acusando” o mesmo jogador, esse será convidado a se retirar definitivamente do ranking e do nosso grupo! Mas para que possamos ter um ranking limpo, amigável e justo para todos, preciso que todos passem feedback de jogos “problemáticos!!🚨🚨

- The games will be played between all players in each category, that is, they will be everyone against everyone within each category. There will be no repetition of opponents.
- Once the confrontation between all participants is over, the top 8 in each category will play a knockout match, starting with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals! The clashes will be determined by placement in the rankings.. 1x8 2x7 3x6 4x5.
- Quarter finals and semis will be played within 1 week.
- The clashes will be drawn on Sundays.
- Official week is the week posted in the group in red with the exact dates for the start and end of the rounds!
- Any player who needs to anticipate, or use the “bonus” week, will ALWAYS be subject to the availability of his opponent!! I want to make this very clear... anyone who cannot play the game during the official week will be completely subject to their opponent's availability and willingness to play before or after the official week. NOBODY is obliged to play games outside of the official week. It's up to you!
- The ranking was made so that everyone has 1 game a week, every week…. Therefore, I can't force someone to play 2 games a week, because their opponent needed it, many people can't do it due to schedule or physical reasons... it's up to each individual, always using common sense!! After all, one day you might need it too!
- Maximum tolerance for rescheduling games will be 1 week longer than the official one.
- Opponent's waiting tolerance by rule is 15 minutes! After this time, it is up to the player to give the wo!
The player who needs to cancel the official week's match will be subject to his opponent's schedule, which in turn, if he cannot reschedule the match within 1 week, will be the winner by W.O.
- If the match is rescheduled by mutual agreement between the parties, this date becomes the new “OFFICIAL” date, becoming W.O for those who cancel this new date, therefore, only reschedule the game if you are sure you will play!
- Roles and responsibilities of the principal:
1 - obligation to contact your opponent to schedule the confrontation.
2 - you must get in touch no later than every TUESDAY of the official week!! If the home team does not get in touch by Tuesday, they are subject to taking a WO in case the opponent no longer has an agenda available! We recommend that you get in touch as soon as the draw takes place on Sunday, so you don't forget!
3 - take the balls to the confrontation (preferably new ones)
4 - choose the court where the game will take place.. always using common sense!
If the principal does not contact us, a W.O. will be given.
The principal does NOT determine the time of the game... this is agreed between the parties!!

- “Vale Viagem” - Each player will have the chance to reschedule the games in which he was TRAVELING!!
- How it works?
- A player had to travel, and was away for 3 weeks…. As soon as he returns, he can try to mark the games he missed, however, the opponents need to agree and agree to play outside the deadline! If the opponents cannot, W.O. will be given. This will only apply to TRAVEL!! It is mandatory to send the ticket to the organization!
- Deadline to hold the games as soon as you return from your trip is 2 weeks maximum! Counting from the date shown on the airline ticket sent to the organization, and respecting the deadline for the end of the ranking.
🚨🚨IMPORTANT🚨🚨 - I ask that any player who experiences an uncomfortable situation during the game, whether with questionable balls, swearing, or any type of inappropriate behavior, brings this to the attention of the organization!! Your name will be kept completely confidential, however, we at the organization need to know what happens in the games... and if I have reports of several people “accusing” the same player, he will be asked to permanently remove himself from the ranking and from our group !
