The Wilts DA will store your email address for up to one month after the site closes, your email address will only be used to contact you in relation to this booking, or, in case of COVID track and trace. Wilts DA will contact you approximately 21 days before the site opens to request full payment of your booking, if full payment is not received by 7 days before the site opens your booking may be canceled to allow others to attend the meet.  Refunds will only be given for cancellations made at least 7 days before the site opens, refunds for cancellations within the 7 days before the site opens are at the discretion of the WiltsDA Executive committee only. If the Wilts DA cancels the meet, all bookings will be refunded and members notified by email.
