Blue Star Banner Application
It is an American tradition to display a Blue Star Banner in the window of a home when a loved one is currently proudly serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. The Blue Star Banner is a reminder that war touches every neighborhood.

In coordination with the Hale-Combest American Legion Post 315 of Wylie and the Wylie Chapter 4660 Woodmen of the World, the employees of the City of Wylie invite Wylie residents who are waiting for a loved one to return home from defending our nation’s freedom to complete an application to become a Blue Star Family in Wylie.

All applications are subject to review and acceptance by the City of Wylie. Upon submission, you will be contacted by the City to confirm receipt of your application.

Printed applications can be requested from Lynn Fagerstrom, City of Wylie Human Resources Manager.
