UC Irvine's Stories from the Sea Fall Speaker Series
Please join us this fall to learn from local leaders who are preserving and sharing stories of Southern California
communities and our relationships with the sea.

Each event consists of 30 minute presentations and 30 minute Q & A.  Open to the public.

This series is part of the Stories from the Sea internship (http://bit.ly/StoriesfromtheSea), which invites UCI undergraduates to partner with community residents in Newport Beach to record personal histories and memories or important encounters with the sea. For more information, contact Dr. Patricia Pierson (piersonp@uci.edu).

Co-Sponsored by the UCI Humanities Center, Newport Beach Public library Foundation, UCI Literary Journalism/Center for Storytelling, UCI Libraries, and California Humanities
