Tours may be available upon request, but are subject to our availability. We encourage folks to come to a show in our space before they pitch if possible.

Can your event work within our space limitations? (We have 40 seats; audiences larger than that are less than ideal. For performances, 50 is about our upper limit. For parties, more than 100 isn't very comfortable. We have one toilet for both artists and audience.)

Can your event work within our sound limitations? (We have to keep the volume at a very moderate/low level due to sound-bleed problems with neighbors. We discourage kickdrums and tend to EQ the bass frequency very low.)

Our default financial plan is to do a 50/50 split of the door, and Cloud City runs and keeps our own bar. Does this work for you, or do you propose some other arrangement?

If we do our usual financial plan, Cloud City will provide a door person and a bartender. We don’t provide a tech person. If you need other staff (e.g. someone to run music, sound, and/or lights), will you be able to provide them?

We will post the show on our Instagram, and we occasionally send a mass email listing upcoming shows-- otherwise we leave promotion up to the people doing the show. Are you comfortable doing your own promotion?
