• This form is meant to keep track of ACETATE charges and usage over the course of the semester. If you are not a student currently enrolled in a printmaking course all charges will be compiled and a single bill will be issued at the end of the semester.

• All acetate printer usage must be documented on this form

• If you fail to accurately record your acetate usage, your may loose your access to acetate printing

• Acetate is charged at $1.50 per square foot and includes ink costs
