Nomination for 3rd Annual Pegasus Award recognizing Courage in Education
Please join us in celebrating brave educators from across the country!

The Collaborative for Perpetual Innovation is proud to be accepting nominations for the "Pegasus Award for Professional Courage in Education.” This award recognizes and honors innovative educators who create welcoming and safe schools and intentionally foster a positive school climate. We seek applicants who have a track record of being innovative and fearless in their desire to do “the right thing” for youth--most notably in the face of headwinds. We are seeking individuals or groups who have demonstrated great professional courage in their design and implementation of school programs and practices that support a true community of learners where all voices are heard.

The award ceremony will be hosted on June 30 by the Collaborative for Perpetual Innovation and the Positive Youth Development Institute. Award presentations will be held during lunch, as part of “The Maine Event: Creating Positive Climates for Youth” 2017 Annual Conference, June 29-30, 2017 in Portland, Maine.
