As a side business to my authorship, I'm planning to open a business renting out holiday let apartments in Gibraltar (Europe). As some of you might have seen if you have been a member of my newsletter for a while, I want to construct a castle in southern Spain, however due to some taxation restrictions, I'm still looking into the feasibility with lawyers.
This form is purely to see if there is interest for renting a holiday apartment in sunny Gibraltar.
DEAL
You pay for your first holiday stay upfront through the Kickstarter Crowdfunding platform.
Thereafter you are welcome back to stay once a year for free starting January 2029 (or sooner if there is availability) for the following two-years for a minimal charge of £50 (if you stay for more than 5 nights).
You may stay as many persons as you want in the apartments. All three properties are self-catering with no breakfast incl. and no services, but linen and towels will be provided. You are allowed to bring and consume your own food.
