2025 Winter Market Agreement 
The Winter Market will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 1:00-3:00PM. The event will be held at the Bacich Community Center. Exhibitors must be current Bacich or Kent students.

My booth will display student handmade items only (my parents can help but I will do most of the work), and I understand I will not change my product once submitted below on this agreement.

I will not exceed the retail price of $25.00 per item sold unless a higher price has been requested and accepted in the Winter Market application.

I understand that the Kentfield School District and the KSPTA are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.

I understand that the location of my booth in the Community Center will be randomly assigned.

I will be responsible for the setup and break down of my booth, including setting up by the start of the event at 1:00PM and breakdown at 3:00PM and must be out no later than 4:00PM.

I will consider making the suggested donation of 10% of my sales to the KSPTA at the conclusion of the event.

I understand that I may be asked to share an 8’ table with other students.

As a Kent student, I understand that I will be allowed, but not required to sell my product without adult supervision.  As a Bacich student, I understand that either my adult volunteer or another student’s adult volunteer will assist with my product sales.
