 I agree to be bound by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern this event. I confirm that I have read the Notice of Race and accept its provisions, in particular the Risk Statement therein. I confirm that throughout the event my boat will have current and valid third party insurance of at least £3m per incident or equivalent.  We take photographs / videos to publicise the club in all forms of media including Facebook and the website. Typically, we do not identify individuals unless there is a good reason to do so e.g. receipt of an award or success in a managed event. In the case of the latter, results including names will be published on the website and elsewhere. By joining SHSC CIC,  via Open events you grant SHSC without payment the right in perpetuity to make, use and show any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television of or relating to the event.
