Dear Parent/Guardian:
During the 2026-2027 school year, Attleboro Public Schools is partnering with the Justice Resource Institute (JRI), through a grant to promote health and wellness in our school. The grant provides students access to individual and/or group counseling, at no cost to families or the school district. Services are delivered by JRI clinicians and take place during the school day either in-person or virtually. Students are identified for these services by members of the AHS Student Support Team. Once referrals are received by JRI, parent contact is made to discuss service options and to gain secondary consent before services are delivered. If you have any questions regarding these services or this opt-out form, please contact your house office. If you do NOT want your child to be referred for these grant-supported services, please complete the opt-out form below by September 18, 2026.  This form is effective from the day it is received by the school and will remain in effect for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.
