Eastside Mutual Aid Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Eastside Mutual Aid. We seek committed volunteers to help operate and grow our organization. We ask that you carefully read over our volunteer one-pager to gain an understanding of what is expected of E.M.A volunteers. We are excited to have you and can't wait to meet you.  

Rosa Parks Distribution: Our main program that runs every two weeks, on Wednesdays, at 5 pm, the members of Eastside Mutual Aid are on the ground handing out clothes, health kits, and Food to our most vulnerable residents of Detroit. Please note that Rosa Parks distribution will require sensitivity and conflict escalation training before being able to be on the group since we are dealing with at-risk community members.

Distribution Preparation: Our Distribution Prep days take place Wednesdays, Bi-Weekly, at 7 pm. We use this time to organize materials and create new kits for a seamless transition on the following Rosa Parks distribution day.
