2017 Spring Term ALL Registration Form
IMPORTANT: One Registration Form must be submitted for each person. Somewhat unusually, this term there are a few classes with size limitations and/or that require an additional fee. Unfortunately, you cannot register for classes requiring a fee using this form. You will need to use the online event payment button on the ALL website. For both the fee-required the size-limited classes, your registration request is not complete until you have received a confirmation email from the ALL Program Coordinator. If the class is full, you will be placed on a wait list. If you are on a wait list and have paid a fee, the entire payment will be refunded after the class has occurred or upon your request to be removed from the wait list.
