Vendor Application - 2025 Preservation Expo
The 4th annual Preservation Expo is coming this fall! This year's program will focus on Preservation for the Public, with talks, demonstrations, and an expo hall aimed at helping local residents, business owners, and community leaders connect with preservation resources in Tampa Bay. 

Date: December 6, 2025
Time: 10 AM - 3 PM
Location: Warehouse Arts District Association (515 22nd St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712)

Vendors
We are delighted to invite you to participate as a vendor. This year, the expo hall will have an indoor and outdoor space. In order to help with the expansion of this program, a small table fee is required for participating organizations.

Fees:
         Businesses - $60 Indoor / $55 Outdoor
         Nonprofits -  $30 Indoor / $25 Outdoor

Preserve the 'Burg will provide tables and chairs. Tents (10 x 10)are recommended for outside vendors.

We are also looking for vendors who can offer a demonstration or workshop for groups of 20-25 people. Vendors selected to host an expo program will receive a $10 discount on their table fee.

Vendor Requirements:

- Vendors must have at least one representative at their table for the entirety of the event 
- Vendors must provide their own linens, signage, display equipment, tent (if desired), etc.
- Vendors must submit their table fee payment by November 7, 2025.
- Set up must be complete by 9:45 AM
- Break down cannot begin until the event is over at 3 PM
- If selected to host an Expo program, the vendor must provide any necessary supplies

Are you interested in hosting an Expo demonstration or workshop? These are intended to be small programs  (20-25 people) for attendees to access deeper information about a preservation topic and gain hands-on experience when applicable. These programs will most likely be held at the Preserve the 'Burg office across the campus from WADA.
