NADAA CONVENTION REGISTRATION FORM
Join us January 19 from 9:30am-3:00pm at the Twin Hills Country Club in Longmeadow, MA for our January NADAA Convention.


WHAT: The National Association of Dance and Affiliated Arts is hosting a one day, local dance convention.

WHERE: Twin Hills Country Club, 700 Wolf Swamp Rd. Longmeadow, MA

WHEN: Sunday January 19, 2025

TIME: 9:30am-3:00PM

The following form should be filled out by NADAA Members or studio owners only. Individual student registrations should seek participation through their local dance studio.


Members/ Studio owners can access liability waivers for this event here. Please ensure all participants legal guardians sign waivers.

I hereby release NADAA and the management of the hosting facility from all claims for damages including loss of property, accidents, or injury sustained while participating in any activity connected with this convention on behalf of all above participants via the above liability waiver. We understand that photographs taken during the convention may be used for NADAA print ads, websites, brochures, or other means.
