Pre-registration form
This form is intended to collect the information necessary for the organization of the LARP "Identities", written by Saki Jones, and organized by "Les Traverses ASBL".

Three sessions will be organized in 2020, in French on May 8/10 and August 28/30, followed by a session in English on October 16/18. You need to be fluent in the language of the session you choose.

Completing this form does not guarantee selection for this LARP and participation in the event.

The fee for the event will be 75 euros. An email with payment information will be sent to the selected players.

By registering for this event, you subscribe to all of the rules included in the general regulations of the ASBL (see section "documents" of the website) https://lestraverses.be/

This form will be accessible until January 30. You will receive an answer before February 8.

Organizing a LARP is awesome but it can become a nightmare when suddenly several people cancel because the cast of another LARP is announced. Let's make a deal here: I will get back to you within a month max, and during that month you don't make any other plans on the selected dates.

Solidary participation
Les Traverses ASBL offers its players the possibility of helping each other. Concretely, this means that each player can, if they wish, choose to participate a little more in the organization costs, in order to allow other players to benefit from a reduced fee.

Each player who chooses to contribute thus feeds a "solidarity pot" which will be distributed, at the closing of registrations, between the people who asked to benefit from it, up to a maximum of 50% of the fee requested for the event. This money could also be used to pay for some material to make the LARP more accessible to people with disabilities.

If the amount collected in the solidarity pot is too important in relation to the requests, the additional sum will be returned to the contributors.

Please send us a photograph (where your face is recognizable) to the address identites@lestraverses.be in order to complete the who's who which will be made available to each participant. We will not keep any copy of these photographs after the LARP for the selected participants, just as will be deleted at the end of the distribution of roles the photographs of the pre-registrants not retained in the selection.

Unless explicitly stated by you, the photographs will be published in a private FB group which will bring together the LARP participants, as provided for in the general regulations of the association.
