Class of 2029 Course Selection Form
On the email you received with your course placements, you will see the number of elective credits available for you/your student. Please select the appropriate number of electives using this form. Students who have Individualized Education Plans do not need to complete this form, as the courses have been/will be selected at the student's annual review.

We ask that each student select two or three alternate electives at the end of this form in case courses are canceled due to low enrollment or if two classes are scheduled to meet at the same time.   

This form will allow you to make a waiver request if you disagree with our placement recommendations in core courses. If you wish to speak to one of the Lemont High School Department Chairs, you can indicate that on this form and you will be contacted within the next few weeks.
