Your entry must be submitted by 5 pm on Wednesday 26th August. WE CANNOT ACCEPT LATE ENTRIES.
DATA PROTECTION: The personal data we (the Village Show Committee) collects in this form will be kept safe and secure and only be used for the purposes of administering the Hanleys Village Show ('the Show'), to contact you by phone or email on matters relating to your current or future participation in the Show, and to allow statistical analysis of data so we can plan future Show events. We will aim to keep your data for only as long as we need it. By submitting this form you consent to your personal data being used in this way.
