Hello, RAOChristmas-er! Happy holidays! This form is to receive the optional "plus" designation on your registration.  This will let santas know that you have submitted more verification information and been double-checked by the mods.

Many of the fields are optional, but the more information you fill out, the better.  If you haven't filled in enough to satisfy the "plus" registration, we will contact you.
